About AGCI

The sustainability, circular-economy and innovation programme of AGHA Festival — The Global Homecoming.

Our purpose

AGCI connects Nigeria's cultural and creative economy with practical environmental action. Through festivals, fashion, arts, food, tourism, enterprise, technology and education, we show how cultural platforms can contribute to a greener, more circular and more inclusive future.

Our ambition extends beyond festival dates. We want AGHA to be a platform where communities, businesses, governments, innovators and international organisations collaborate on solutions that create both environmental and economic value.

Mission

To use the reach of culture and creativity to make sustainability practical, visible and economically rewarding for Nigerians in every state.

Vision

A Nigeria where heritage, enterprise and innovation work together for cleaner environments, smarter places and thriving communities.

Approach

Practical commitments over broad claims, partnership over isolation, and measured results over promises.

Part of AGHA, with its own voice

AGCI draws on the national reach and cultural identity of AGHA Festival, while standing as a distinct initiative able to attract climate, ESG, circular-economy, smart-city and development partnerships in its own right.

The festival is where AGCI is most visible. The work continues year-round through state programmes, partnerships and enterprise support.
